    Digital Guide to Educational Podcasts for High School Teachers
    This study explores the perception of the effectiveness of a didactic guide designed to facilitate the creation of educational podcasts by secondary school teachers in Ecuador, in response to the growing need for innovative pedagogical tools in the digital context. The research was carried out under a quantitative and qualitative approach, combining structured surveys applied to 30 teachers and in-depth interviews to obtain a detailed vision of the perception and usefulness of the guide. The results reflect a positive acceptance of the didactic guide for the creation of podcasts, considered by teachers as an innovative tool in the classroom. Although some teachers lack prior experience in podcast production, they valued the accessibility and clarity of the guide, highlighting the tutorials as key support. It is concluded that the didactic guide contributes to improving the technological skills of teachers, promoting a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment and fostering a positive attitude towards the integration of digital resources in education. In addition, there is evidence of a limitation in the technical skills of teachers, given that less than fifty percent have had experience in producing a podcast autonomously. This suggests that the technological skills of teachers should continue to be strengthened. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

    Impact of Machine Learning on the Development of Mathematical Operations Using Scratch
    This research focused on analyzing the impact of Machine Learning (ML) applied through the Scratch platform on the development of mathematical operations in secondary school students. The quantitative, descriptive, and field-based study was conducted with a sample of 30 students from public schools in educational zone three. A survey technique was used with a questionnaire validated by education experts, and the instrument’s reliability was measured with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.89. The results obtained from pretest and posttest, as well as the application of the t-student test and ANOVA analysis, demonstrated that the experimental group, which used Scratch with ML, showed significant improvements in their mathematical performance compared to the control group. Additionally, the impact analysis based on Cohen’s D revealed a considerable effect on academic performance, reinforcing the effectiveness of the proposal. These findings not only highlight the importance of incorporating emerging technologies in education but also suggest that the use of interactive and adaptive approaches can optimize the learning of mathematics. The research concludes that integrating ML and Scratch in mathematics education is an effective tool for enhancing students’ understanding and developing critical skills

    Application of Machine Learning for the Development of Logical-Mathematical Thinking in Basic Education Students
    The research involves upper basic education students in arguments related to Scratch software, focusing on teaching mathematics from the perspective of the theory that suggests learners construct their own knowledge through experience and reflection. Using Scratch and artificial intelligence processes to generate projects promotes active and meaningful learning. From this perspective, the goal is for students to develop logical-mathematical thinking, which is essential for analyzing, evaluating, and effectively applying information, thereby strengthening creativity and problem-solving skills centered on knowledge assessment. This approach allows for the application of theoretical and practical AI in educational software applications. The results indicate that mathematical competencies improve with the use of Scratch software. Additionally, the research identifies students’ skills and interest in the potential of AI technologies to enhance the understanding of computational mathematical concepts. The research concludes that the integration of the AI module in Scratch strengthens mathematical competencies in the field of education

    ;
    This research explores the importance of ancestral knowledge, such as myths, which are transmitted orally in different families in cultural communities. However, this knowledge combined with popular knowledge can also be applied to education. Therefore, the objective of this work was to design a methodological strategy for ninth grade general education students through a variety of didactic resources in the fields of knowledge of language and national literature and knowledge of language and literature spanish. The work is based on the popular myth of the community “Shakaim/The God of Work”, in which morals and moral values are taught, incorporating popular knowledge, such as reading comprehension

    Integration of Digital Repositories and Social Networks in Behavioral Informatics for Social Enterprise Education
    This study investigates the importance of social entrepreneurship as a tool for solving social problems through innovative and sustainable approaches, through the application of qualitative methods, including observations, interviews and workshop surveys, opinions were gathered from students, facilitators and external collaborators to identify key areas in the teaching of social entrepreneurship. The results show that the integration of technology is fundamental, with a notable increase in the use of digital platforms that facilitate the creation of support networks and accessibility to educational resources. Additionally, the study highlights the need to implement sustainable practices in the training of entrepreneurs, focusing on the importance of developing an ethical and responsible approach to the management of social enterprises. The analysis reveals that an interdisciplinary approach, integrating knowledge from economics, sociology and technology, is essential to formulate innovative proposals that effectively respond to social needs, and emphasizes the importance of experiential learning, with 75% of the programmed analyzed incorporating practical projects and community workshops to develop entrepreneurial skills and a deep understanding of social challenges. This approach allows students to apply theory in real-world contexts, enhancing their preparation for future professional challenges. The research concludes that, to maximize the social impact of entrepreneurship, it is crucial to foster curricular adaptation towards emerging technologies, sustainable practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.

    This research paper aims to analyze the use of educational web pages and use of social networks to promote ancestral and cultural gastronomic in the city of Loja and increase the popularity of these companies within the gastronomic tourism of Ecuador. For this, a proposal was used that includes digital marketing through the creation of a website. A mixed approach methodology was used for the preparation of the proposal, involving the use of qualitative and quantitative techniques. These processes allowed to address aspects such as the characteristics of the enterprises and to determine the perspectives of the clients regarding the use of social networks. Based on the results obtained corroborates that the use of social networks is essential for the promotion of local restaurants, this is because technology is a fundamental part of the social interaction of individuals. In addition, it is recommended to generate awareness about digital advertising and the management of social networks so that entrepreneurs can use cost-effective advertising tools.
