Sin embargo, a pesar de los avances normativos y discursivos, persisten brechas estructurales y desafíos que limitan su implementación efectiva en las organizaciones. Objetivo: Analizar el estado actual de la producción científica sobre inclusión y diversidad de género en el contexto laboral, identificando prácticas organizacionales, beneficios y desafíos asociados, mediante una revisión bibliográfica sistemática. Método: La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque bibliográfico, utilizando la metodología de revisión bibliográfica sistemática. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva en bases de datos científicas como Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo y EBSCOhost entre otras, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión para la selección de estudios relevantes publicados entre 2018 y 2025. Obteniendo una población literaria de 41 manuscritos de primer orden bibliográfico. Resultados: Los hallazgos evidencian la consolidación de prácticas organizacionales estructuradas, como políticas de inclusión, liderazgo inclusivo y programas de sensibilización, las cuales se asocian con mejoras en innovación, clima laboral y desempeño organizacional. No obstante, persisten desafíos como sesgos de género, barreras culturales y la implementación superficial de políticas. Conclusiones: Finalmente, se concluye que la diversidad de género constituye un factor estratégico clave, cuya efectividad depende de su integración real en la cultura organizacional y del compromiso del liderazgo institucional.

    Transformación digital de la gestión del talento humano: una revisión sistemática sobre la retención y la rotación de personal en las organizaciones
    (MQRinvestigar, 2026-08-05)
    Ramírez-Chango, Jefferson
    ;
    La transformación digital ha modificado los procesos de gestión del talento humano mediante la incorporación de inteligencia artificial, e-HRM, HR Analytics, People Analytics y modelos predictivos orientados a anticipar la rotación y fortalecer la retención del personal. El objetivo fue analizar cómo la literatura publicada entre 2021 y 2026 abordó la relación entre transformación digital, retención y rotación en las organizaciones. Se desarrolló una revisión sistemática con enfoque documental y alcance descriptivo-interpretativo, estructurada según PRISMA2020 para garantizar transparencia y trazabilidad del proceso de identificación, cribado, elegibilidad e inclusión de los estudios. La búsqueda se realizó mediante una ecuación compuesta por tres núcleos: transformación digital, gestión del talento humano y retención o rotación de personal, además, se aplicaron filtros relacionados con periodos, áreas, idioma, etapa de publicación, tipo documental y la disponibilidad en acceso abierto, como resultado se conformó un corpus final de 31 estudios. Los resultados evidenciaron que las tecnologías más utilizadas fueron IA, machine learning, HR Analytics y e-HRM; los factores asociados a la rotación fueron horas extra, baja satisfacción laboral, falta de promoción, la remuneración, la sobrecarga y las relaciones con los superiores; además, se conoció que la tecnología favoreció la identificación temprana del riesgo de salida y la personalización de estrategias, pero sus efectos dependieron del liderazgo, cultura, confianza, bienestar y la calidad de los datos. Se concluyó que la retención es un resultado sociotécnico y que la transformación digital genera valor cuando complementa, y no sustituye, el juicio profesional y la gestión centrada en las personas.

    In an increasingly digital and competitive business landscape, communication practices within organizations are evolving to meet new operational and cultural demands. These shifts have redefined how companies engage with internal and external stakeholders across different levels. Despite the growing importance of communication, many organizations continue to face structural and strategic challenges that hinder effective message delivery and alignment. This review aims to identify key trends, persistent challenges, and the reported benefits of organizational communication, offering a synthesized view of recent academic contributions to the topic. A structured narrative review was conducted using thematic analysis of 52 peer-reviewed studies published in English and Spanish over the last decade. Using thematic analysis, the study identifies prevailing trends, key challenges, and reported benefits within organizational communication in the context of change management. Major trends include the adoption of digital communication tools, personalized messaging, strategic utilization of social media, and the incorporation of storytelling techniques. Challenges highlighted encompass resistance to change, message fragmentation, data security concerns, and information overload. The review also underscores significant benefits such as enhanced decision-making processes, improved stakeholder alignment, innovation facilitation, reputation management, and talent retention. These findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the evolving role of communication as a strategic asset in organizational change processes. The study concludes by emphasizing the necessity of integrated, adaptive, and inclusive communication strategies that not only support change initiatives but also foster organizational resilience and competitiveness in dynamic environments. Together, these findings provide a solid foundation for developing more effective communication practices aligned with the current demands of organizational transformation.

    Digital Competency Enhancement in Personnel Training and Development: A Literature Review of Current Trends and Challenges
    In a perpetually advancing technological landscape, workforce training and development centered around digital competency and computer science principles are critical for ensuring the organizational resilience and competitiveness. This study undertakes a bibliographic analysis of technology-focused personnel training and development, aspiring to identify the strategies implemented, benefits perceived, and challenges emerging in this digital era. Three foundational research questions are outlined: What strategies are employed in technology-focused continuous training? What benefits do workers acquire after technology-centric training? And what are the prevalent challenges in digital skills training? A literature search approach was deployed to answer these queries, executing a meticulous analysis of 33 significant scientific papers. The results indicate a burgeoning trend towards virtual, technology-driven training, and the usage of practical simulations in training. It was also confirmed that continuous technology-focused training creates positive impacts on both work performance and worker attitudes. However, challenges like resistance to change and technological limitations persist in certain organizations.

    (CEIT S.A., 2026-01-07)
    Haro-Medina, Verónica
    ;
    Los riesgos psicosociales en el ámbito laboral representan un desafío creciente para la salud y seguridad ocupacional, ya que engloban condiciones de organización, gestión y clima social que inciden directamente en el bienestar físico, mental y emocional de los colaboradores. A nivel internacional, la evidencia científica ha demostrado la asociación entre la sobrecarga de trabajo, la falta de autonomía y el apoyo social deficiente con efectos adversos como el estrés crónico, la ansiedad y el agotamiento profesional. Objetivo: Evaluar la presencia de riesgos psicosociales en el personal de una empresa ecuatoriana en el siglo XXI. Método: El estudio se enmarca en el paradigma positivista, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal y alcance descriptivo. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 321 colaboradores seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio estratificado. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, utilizando el Cuestionario de Evaluación de Riesgo Psicosocial validado por el Ministerio del Trabajo del Ecuador, de igual manera, los datos fueron procesados mediante estadística descriptiva con apoyo del software estadístico SPSS. Resultados y Conclusiones: El 80,1 % del personal se encuentra en riesgo psicosocial bajo, lo que refleja un entorno laboral generalmente estable; sin embargo, el 19,3 % presentó riesgo medio y el 0,6 % riesgo alto, concentrándose principalmente en las dimensiones de recuperación, acoso laboral, doble presencia y salud autopercibida. Revelando, dificultades para desconectarse del trabajo, episodios de tensión interpersonal y desafíos para conciliar las responsabilidades laborales y familiares, lo que incrementa la probabilidad de fatiga y afectación emocional. Finalmente, es recomendable la implementación de programas de bienestar emocional y fortalecer los mecanismos de prevención y atención del acoso laboral y sexual.

    Contemporary Strategies and Trends in Nursing Care for Women with Breast Cancer
    HER2-positive breast cancer, one of the most aggressive forms of this disease, presents significant therapeutic challenges due to its complexity and high recurrence. Subcutaneous therapies, such as trastuzumab and pertuzumab, have improved treatment efficacy and patient quality of life, but pose challenges for nursing professionals in patient education, prevention of complications, and use of remote monitoring technologies. This study reviewed literature from 2015 to 2024 in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, APA PsycNet, Scielo, and Web of Science to analyze advances in the management of subcutaneous therapies and nursing care. The findings confirm that subcutaneous administration of trastuzumab and pertuzumab is safe and well tolerated, reducing complications compared to traditional methods, especially when using devices such as PICC catheters and subcutaneous ports. The integration of telemedicine and remote monitoring allowed for improved adherence, minimized complications, and optimized resources. Furthermore, ongoing training of nursing staff was identified as essential for effective management of devices and fostering patient autonomy. This review underlines the importance of integrating technologies and education into public health policies to address emerging issues in breast cancer management, especially in vulnerable populations with limited access to services. This review was registered in the Open Science Framework (OSF). (Registration number: DOI: 10.17605/OSF.IO/KWPC9)

    Burnout syndrome in Ecuadorian health workers: Differences according to sociodemographic and labor factors
    Burnout Syndrome represents a growing occupational health concern among healthcare professionals worldwide, recognized by organizations such as the WHO and ILO due to its profound impact on worker well-being, organizational functioning, and service quality. In Ecuador, there is a lack of empirical studies that systematically address the pressing issue of burnout among health personnel, despite their daily experiences with increasing demands, emotional burdens, long working hours, and job instability. This research aims to investigate Burnout Syndrome as a significant psychosocial risk affecting Ecuadorian health professionals. It will focus on three core dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment. Additionally, the study seeks to identify prevalence patterns, associated factors, and the broader implications for occupational health.  A quantitative, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design with descriptive-correlational scope was adopted. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was administered to a sample of 100 health professionals carefully selected based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings indicate a high prevalence of Burnout Syndrome, with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization being the most severely affected dimensions. Significant associations were found between burnout levels and psychosocial variables such as job stability, work overload, interpersonal conflict, and organizational support. Specifically, professionals with unstable employment conditions, frequent interpersonal conflicts, or excessive workload reported considerably higher burnout scores. The results underscore the urgent need for comprehensive public health strategies in Ecuador that address the psychosocial risks inherent in healthcare work. Promoting job stability, managing workloads effectively, and improving organizational climate are critical to mitigating burnout, protecting mental health, and enhancing workforce well-being. This research provides important empirical evidence for creating preventive occupational health policies and intervention programs that aim to enhance mental health and maintain the long-term quality of healthcare services.
