Abstract
Objective: The research is carried out from a bibliographical review that involves knowledge management and its relationship with the economic analysis of law as an indispensable resource to achieve sustainability in a company or organization. Methodology: The documentary analysis as a basis for a bibliographical review was used, the historical and logical method for the historical and theoretical references of the objects of study and the induction-deduction method oriented from the philosophical articulation of the general, the particular and the singular. Results and Discussion: The scientific debate provided by the study values how to use the knowledge and instruments provided by the economy to analyze how the reactions of the future in companies, and the people affected by a jurisprudential solution; are derived by the achievement of a better satisfaction, a projected success. Conclusion: it is noted that the studies related to human capital, social capital, the exchange of intangibles and in general the analysis of norms and institutions have begun to play an essential role in the understanding of economic phenomena. Contribution: This research highlights a scientific debate of importance for future studies, where the economic analysis of law is decisive for the development of the business system and its success.
